There were 199 youth from 10 parishes took part vibrantly in the celebration. The celebration was commenced by Holy Eucharist. Fr. Martine Annand, the dean of Patna deanery was the main celebrant for the mass and other seven priests namely Fr. Dinesh Kumar, Fr. Antony Osta, Fr. Kuldeep, Fr. Dinesh, Fr. Manoj Kullu, Fr. Sanoj and Fr. Jeyakumar the youth director also took part in the eucharistic celebration and prayed for all the youth in Patna deanery. Soon after the Eucharistic celebration an input session was arranged for the youth. The theme for the input session was taken from the St. Paul’s letter to Ephesians 6:1 “children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right”.

Sr. Blessy from the Holy Family congregation was the resource person for the input session. She gave a very powerful, inspiring and heart touching talk to the youth through showing and explaining the video. All the youth were insisted that each one should respect, love and listen to their parents. It is only by respecting, loving, caring and listening to their parents everyone can grow, enjoy and live a very meaningful and joyful life for oneself and one another and attain anything in life.

And the youth were also made to feel and realize that the life which they enjoy, it is given and received from their parents through a group discussion. Soon after the group discussion youth were served the best and delicious festival lunch. After the lunch there was an action song competition which was conducted for all the parish youth in which each song was composed by themselves and followed by cultural programs where youth from every parish performed a program each. The cultural program was very colourful one and everyone took part in it very actively and happily. Eventually the celebration came to an end by benediction and final blessing.
